David Holleman

Chief Financial Officer

David Holleman serves as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for Legacy Funeral Group, overseeing the company’s financial operations and serving as a member of Legacy’s executive leadership team.

David has more than 20 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial planning, and financial analysis. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions ranging from auditor and financial controller to director of accounting and corporate controller, with experience spanning manufacturing, retail, oil and gas services, and cemetery and funeral service organizations. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Texas.

David's extensive background in financial leadership and strategic planning helps support Legacy's continued growth while strengthening the financial foundation that allows our locations to serve families and communities with excellence.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and clay shooting.
