Ray Dupre

Regional Manager

Ray Dupre serves as Regional Manager for Legacy Funeral Group, overseeing locations across Louisiana. After graduating from the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in 1999, Ray began his professional career as a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. He spent seven years with a family-owned funeral home before joining his father-in-law and the Legacy Funeral Group in 2006. In 2007, Ray advanced into a funeral home management role and has continued to serve families in his hometown of Opelousas, Louisiana.

In 2022, Ray was appointed Area Manager for Louisiana, and in December 2024, he was promoted to Regional Manager of Louisiana. He finds great professional fulfillment in collaborating with managers and funeral directors to enhance the quality of care provided to families while supporting their professional growth and development.
