Sarah Odom serves as Executive Assistant to CEO, Michael Soper. With over 20 years of experience in self-managed environments, Sarah excels in executive assistant administration, financial and operational strategy and economic development.

Her role as operations coordinator, executive assistant and accounting manager enabled her to collaborate closely with executive teams in developing many prominent high-rises and mixed-used developments throughout Houston.

As President and CEO of the Crowley Chamber of Commerce in Crowley, LA, Sarah played an active role in economic development and was instrumental in the area’s growth, frequently liaising with the local and state government entities.

Born and raised in Louisiana, Sarah has called Texas home since 2005, where she and her husband have raised their two children.
